During your internship, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in portfolio risk management of branded credit cards and gain insight into the complexities of managing risk within this specialized space. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals in Risk, Finance and Technology, leveraging advanced analytics and predictive methods to assess credit performance. Responsibilities:

  • As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to assist in the launch of a major co-branded credit card, allowing you to gain a deep understanding of the dynamics and unique risk considerations associated with that partnership. You'll be guided by a mentor who will support you in navigating the complexities of the chosen co-brand relationship.
  • Develop a solid understanding of credit businesses and products: You'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the different businesses and products offered through co-brand partnerships, as well as the associated risks and opportunities. By analyzing consumer behavior, transaction data, and market trends, you'll learn how to effectively manage credit risk while supporting the strategic objectives of our co-brand partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support co-brand strategy: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Risk, Finance, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Experience to support the strategic objectives of our co-brand partnerships. By leveraging data-driven insights and risk analysis, you'll contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies that drive growth and profitability for both our company and our co-brand partners.

These responsibilities aim to provide interns with a structured and immersive experience that aligns with the strategic focus on brand relationships in the credit card space, while also emphasizing the importance of mentorship, hands-on learning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Annual salary range: $38 per hour and competitive equity package.
