Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor a credit control system in APAC including Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia, and Korea.
  • Take full responsibility for collection and debt recovery in APAC.
  • Evaluate credit requests and conduct client checks.
  • Execute dunning actions for non-payment accounts.
  • Prepare management reports, and handle inquiries and ad-hoc projects.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in account receivable management, having credit control experience in APAC regions will be an advantage.
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Strong English proficiency with Mandarin language skills preferred.
