For one of our clients, we are looking for a Credit Analyst, remotely from Texas.
As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to auto dealers, ensuring their transactions are processed smoothly and compliantly. Your role will involve handling phone calls, reviewing and validating customer applications, and resolving any issues that arise in the funding process. Additionally, you will assist dealers in maintaining a steady pipeline, onboard new dealers, and provide high-level customer service to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Accountabilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls from stakeholders, assisting with the funding process and resolving issues as needed.
- Review and validate information through document review, internet searches, and phone calls to ensure accurate and compliant deal funding.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing dealer inquiries that are not directly related to the funding process.
- Support dealers in managing any issues related to licensing, titles, audits, or inventory.
- Assist in onboarding new dealers by offering funding assistance and ensuring they are set up for success.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, processes, and legal guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work with flexible hours, including Saturday shifts and occasional overtime during peak seasons (January through April and month-end).
- Strong attention to detail and experience reviewing contracts or legal documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with dealers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
