- Digital Analytics Infrastructure Management:
- Implementation and maintenance of digital analytics tools, particularly Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate data collection and tracking across digital properties.
- Develop and maintain tagging strategies to track key user interactions, events, and conversions across websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, developers, marketers, and designers to implement tracking requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize Looker Studio and other analytics platforms to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and produce regular reports on digital marketing performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within digital data sets to optimize marketing strategies, improve user experiences, and drive business growth.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Digital Marketing Support:
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to define tracking requirements for campaigns, initiatives, and experiments, ensuring accurate measurement of KPIs and ROI.
- Provide expertise and guidance on digital analytics best practices, including attribution modeling, audience segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Collaborate on the development and optimization of digital assets based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.
- 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on implementation, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Looker Studio or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or related platforms are a plus.
- Good level of English written and spoken.
