Sword Health is seeking a dynamic Creative Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and content creation. This role requires a leader who can inspire writers and designers to achieve excellence and produce groundbreaking work that aligns with our brand vision and goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Concept Development + Ideation:
- Generate innovative, attention grabbing creative concepts for b2b + b2c campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience(s);
- Have the drive and passion to push the boundaries of what we’ve done and the curiosity to question where we can go;
- Collaborate closely with internal creative team to craft compelling stories and visual elements.
- Campaign Strategy + Leadership:
- Assist in producing forward-thinking creative strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with our audience;
- Work with internal marketing leadership to determine the most effective channels for campaign distribution to reach the target audience;
- Stay ahead of market trends and integrate cutting-edge techniques into campaign strategies.
- Creative Execution + Excellence:
- Push writers and designers to produce top-tier, innovative work that sets new industry standards;
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all creative outputs, sacrificing neither speed nor quality of output;
- Provide actionable insights and creative recommendations based on performance metrics; ability to shift creative direction and execution based on performance results.
- Brand Development + Amplification:
- Help to drive the evolution of our brand identity, ensuring it remains dynamic and relevant while adhering to brand guidelines in all creative outputs;
- Act as a thought partner to brand leadership to help enhance recognition and loyalty, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, from digital platforms to traditional media;
- Continuously refine and innovate the brand’s messaging to keep it fresh and engaging for the target audience.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging and visual activations across all channels;
- Present ideas and strategies to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed;
- Foster a collaborative environment where creative ideas can flourish.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative strategy role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and content work;
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team to achieve outstanding results;
- Excellent understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into effective creative executions;
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and content management systems;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Dynamic communication and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive creative decisions;
