Creative Recruiter | Red Ventures

Red Ventures is looking for a Creative Recruiter to join it the Financial Services Recruiting team. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers in our Creative org to develop recruiting strategies that enable us to attract, hire, and retain top talent all while focusing on building diverse teams and providing a top notch candidate experience. While this role will primarily focus on hiring full-time, creative talent within our Editorial and Design groups on the Bankrate.com team there will also be opportunities to support hiring across our Digital Marketing, Business Support, and Tech groups.

*This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

What You’ll Do:

• Full-cycle recruiting ownership to include: resume review, sourcing, initial interviews, candidate communication/follow up, facilitating feedback sessions, and extending offers
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet the hiring goals for hard-to-fill and highly specialized positions within Editorial (Writers, Editors within the Personal Finance space) and Design (Product Designers, Content Designers, Visual Designers)
• Identify and effectively manage a strong pool of highly qualified candidates
• Support or lead project initiatives both within the recruiting team and cross-functionally within our broader People Operations team
• Execute SME-driven search for niche Writers and Editors who have experience crafting service journalism content aimed at helping everyday readers make smarter personal finance decisions

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of success meeting performance goals
• Familiarity and experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline preferred
• Direct experience recruiting on creative roles preferably within Editorial
• Excellent persuasive communication and savvy interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships internally and externally
• Experience with creating new recruiting approaches beyond job boards and 3rd party recruiters to include sourcing of passive candidates, networking, social media, referral programs, etc.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Compensation

• Cash Compensation Range: $65,000-$100,000*
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
