Your mission

As a Creative Project Manager, your mission is to oversee creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring that Frontify’s Creative Studio produces top-quality work efficiently and effectively. You will plan, schedule, budget, coordinate, and optimize the execution of individual projects, enabling team members to work faster and deliver better results. By managing resources, capacity, processes, communication, and project management tools, you'll empower the Creative Studio to maximize productivity and creativity while maintaining brand consistency. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving the success of Frontify’s creative goals.

Your story

  • You can work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our St. Gallen office once per week.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a project management role in an agency or creative setting.
  • You make things happen and keep them moving with your strategic mindset and ‘doer’ mentality; you’ll ensure the speed and quality of different projects and workflows.
  • You have a concrete understanding of all things branding and marketing.
  • You’ve owned the whole project delivery life cycle before and know how to work cross-functionally to maintain an overview and remove any roadblocks. 
  • Your track record boasts having successfully brought together different creative teams (copy, design, digital, video, etc.) as a collaborative unit before. 
  • You know how to ask the right questions and how to share the answers clearly to drive action.
  • You can juggle different projects, systems, and assets that are involved in creative content production. 
  • You’re comfortable managing communications with internal and external stakeholders, such as agencies.
  • You ideally have experience in website management, including backend tools, though this is not a requirement.
  • You like challenging the way things are done. 
  • You're proficient in English – any other language is a plus.
