Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Creative Production Manager to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our Creative department. A significant part of this role involves hands-on creation of creative assets for emails, website content, paid and organic social media, and other marketing initiatives. Additionally, this role requires overseeing the production workflow, managing a team of graphic designers and creators, and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including marketing partners, to ensure all assets align with brand standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Asset Development: Actively create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.

Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.

Feedback & Revisions: Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (marketing, design, content) and external marketing partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and business goals across various marketing platforms.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency within the creative team and streamline collaboration with external partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including ClickUp.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • A passion for history and education is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills or experience in data analysis to interpret campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize creative strategies.
  • Creative skills with the ability to produce and edit photos and videos for marketing purposes; knowledge of photo and video editing software is essential.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and adaptability.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging social media posts, email content, blogs, and articles.
  • Interest in history is a plus, as it can provide valuable insights for crafting compelling content and engaging with the audience in a meaningful way.
  • Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets for collaborative work and data management.
  • Adaptable and fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism and feedback with a positive attitude, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
