Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Creative Production Manager to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our Creative department. A significant part of this role involves hands-on creation of creative assets for emails, website content, paid and organic social media, and other marketing initiatives. Additionally, this role requires overseeing the production workflow, managing a team of graphic designers and creators, and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including marketing partners, to ensure all assets align with brand standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Asset Development: Actively create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
Feedback & Revisions: Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (marketing, design, content) and external marketing partners, agencies, and consultants to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and business goals across various marketing platforms.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency within the creative team and streamline collaboration with external partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
