Mill is seeking an experienced and versatile Creative OperationsProducer who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and thrives on the diversity of working across multiple creative disciplines. You will be at the heart of producing assets for our owned marketing channels—including web/app surfaces, lifecycle marketing, and organic social—as well as for paid channels like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
As an integral part of our creative team, you will bridge the gap between graphic design, copywriting, video editing, motion graphics, UX, and more, ensuring cohesive and impactful creative outputs. Reporting directly to the lead Producer, you'll have the independence to steer channel projects from conception to completion, while also playing a supportive role on campaign-level executions and creative program management writ large. Agency experience is preferred. Startup savviness is desired. Finally, this company wants to help save the planet — so you should too.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $126k to $151k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs. At Mill, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
