Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Senior Creative Operations Project Manager to oversee and optimize our creative processes. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is based in Vilnius.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Oversee project timelines and workflows.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
- Facilitate team meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution across creative teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Implement best practices for creative workflows.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Ensure quality control of creative deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative operations or project management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in high-velocity agency environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
Salary:
- €3300-€5000 per month based on experience (before taxes)
