The Marketing Creative Designer will be responsible for creating a consistent visual identity for the company and using that identity to support marketing efforts and promote People.ai products and services. This person will design high quality marketing materials including landing pages, graphics, ads, presentations, and more. As the guardian of the visual brand, the Marketing Creative Designer will collaborate with others to hone the brand voice and ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
Responsibilities:
Own the marketing design function for the entire company. Maintain a high level of organization and ownership of the design function.
Work successfully with stakeholders from across the organization on various graphic design projects including landing pages, graphics, ads, presentations, and more.
Create a design template library in a tool like Canva so marketing team members can easily self-create design assets for presentations, webinars, social graphics, blog headers, newsletter headers, etc.
Create and maintain a comprehensive campaign assets library (product images, brand images, etc) with an easy to understand organizational structure where all campaign assets can be viewed in one place.
Optimize and update website landing pages to ensure brand consistency, SEO optimization, and accessibility across all pages.
Maintain excellent time and project management and a sense of urgency. Complete all requests in a timely manner while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders about deadlines.
Create and maintain a visual language library (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc) that clearly outlines how the People.ai brand should be displayed visually across the website and other channels.
Act as a design advisor and consultant to the team on all creative projects. Educated others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling.
Requirements
5+ years of design experience at a B2B company, agency, design company, or related industry.
Experience working within a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Start-up experience is a plus.
Proficiency within tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Webflow, and Slack.
Experience building and maintaining a consistent brand visual identity across all channels (website, graphics, social, ads, etc).
Comfortable with developing processes and best practices and educating stakeholders on what those are.
Comfortable using design to tell the visual story of complex and abstract technologies
Project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to build relationships and work with global teams.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
Comfortable being the sole owner of the design function at the company.
Portfolio:
Please be ready to submit a portfolio with at least five examples of recent work that demonstrate your ability to contextualize and bring complex subjects to life through design. They should also demonstrate a good understanding of the intended audience and user experience.

A reasonable estimate of on-target earnings (OTE) is $100,000 to $125,000. Additionally, regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonus programs (target included in OTE), equity, and benefits. The range is subject to change. People.ai takes into account a wide range of factors when determining an individual’s pay. These factors can include, skill set, training and experience, licensure and certifications, and location and metropolitan area.
