We are looking for an experienced Creative Director/Senior Brand Manager to provide our Marketing & Communications team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative and brand vision and become the point of reference for any creative and communications plan that wants to make its way to the customers.
The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Conceptualization and Strategy:
- Develop and lead the creative vision for marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand & business objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand target audiences, market trends, and campaign goals.
- Create comprehensive creative strategies that resonate with our audience and drive acquisition
- Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
- Creative Development:
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
- Direct the creation of visual assets, copy, and multimedia elements for various marketing channels, including digital, social media, TV, Radio, print, Billboard, CRM (Email, Inapp & Push), Website and events.
- Design and oversee creative elements (copy, design, video) for social media and content strategy
- Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology
- Branding
- Responsible for strategic brand positioning of the mother brand mano and the different vertical (groceries, food)
- Create and design brand guideline and brand collaterals to be implemented across the company
- Research and propose innovative and trendy creative positioning for the brand in line with trends in the digital and tech space
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and inspire a creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Work and collaborate with stakeholders across different department including product, marketing and tech
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging the exchange of ideas and cross-functional cooperation.
- Prioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with designers and copywriters.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and action driven initiatives
- Campaign Execution:
- Work closely with external vendors and agencies to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure that all materials are in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling creative materials and digital experiences for our target audience
- Design creative expressions of creative ideas for campaigns
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and use data insights to optimize future creative strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance campaign performance.
- Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape
Requirements
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role in an agency or corporate setting
- Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns — from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget
- Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
- Proven ability to develop successful concepts
- Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives
- Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing or business
- Experience as a copywriter, graphic designer, or production artist
- Experience in project management, with a focus on creative direction
