This person will own and evolve Glean’s brand, and be responsible for executing the brand across all channels to differentiate Glean in the market. Glean’s brand needs to serve two goals - present and differentiate Glean to enterprise buyers, as well as create affinity and excitement for end-users to feel excited about using Glean daily. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of creative professionals. As the Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Glean and ensuring that all creative outputs align with our brand values and business objectives.

The standard base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $235,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
