Creative & Digital Manager

Iterative Health is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence-based precision medicine in gastroenterology, with the aim of helping to optimize clinical trials investigating the treatment of IBD. We use advanced machine learning and computer vision to interpret endoscopic videos along with other types of data, helping clinicians better assess patients with potential GI problems. Ultimately, the company aims to establish more meaningful endpoints to serve as better predictors of both therapeutic response and disease outcomes.

We are seeking a mission-driven, creative, hands-on Creative & Digital Manager to join the marketing team. Under the leadership of the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role on the marketing team by championing our brand innovation while rolling up your sleeves to make it happen; you will conceptualize and execute beautifully-crafted brand designs, manage external agencies, and develop design processes. You will use visual storytelling and creative design expertise to create content across mediums (web, email, social media, print, etc) unique to Iterative Health’s brand aesthetic.

What you are an expert in:

  • Strategic Brand Development: 
    • Evolve the brand language, identity, assets, and guidelines while monitoring across the organization
    • Ensure consistency and alignment across all design assets, fostering a cohesive brand experience across touchpoints
  • Presentation Storytelling: 
    • Serve as a thought partner to transform complex clinical or technical information into visually pleasing and informative visual narratives through cross functional collaboration

What you have proficiency in: 

  • Material Design & Development: 
    • Combine compelling best-in-class creative with clear marketing messages and calls to action across digital and print (i.e. brochures, white papers, paid ads, email campaigns, trade show exhibit graphics, event promotion, merchandise)
  • Web & Social: 
    • Spearhead design and development of webpages, landing pages, blog posts, and social media visuals to support product marketing campaigns (B2B, B2C)
    • Track and report baseline web analytics and make informed, data-driven recommendations
  • Visual, Video & Illustration: 
    • Create unique and engaging visuals, videos, and simple animations that enhance Iterative Health’s brand recognition and resonate across our diverse target audiences (i.e. infographics, illustrations, brand imagery, icons, etc) 

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience at a design/creative agency or in-house 
  • Excellence in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) 
  • Excellence in slide and presentation copy and design - must care about making compelling, polished decks! 
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, Figma and content management systems

Preferred skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 
  • Working knowledge of web development environments e.g. CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
  • Stays current on latest visual, brand, and creative design trends
