You are responsible for refining the brand strategy and develop tactics to further strengthen Scalable’s awareness
You are driving state-of-the-art ways to tell a compelling, consistent brand story
You are responsible for creating concepts, headlines and visual directions for on- and offline marketing activities
You collaborate with and manage agencies, freelancers and internal stakeholders for specialized projects
You will take over the coordination with and support campaign management
You are customer-obsessive and passionate about the finance world as well as trends in advertising and pop culture
You have passion for aesthetics, ideas, writing and details
You have excellent skills in communication, presentation and organization, combined with innovative thinking
You are proficient in using design and marketing tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite)
You have experience in a leading advertising agency, in-house agency or consulting environment (e.g. Art Direction, Concepting & Copywriting or Creative Strategies)
You can provide a curated portfolio with highlight projects
You have a relevant university degree in Arts, Design, Marketing or other related field of study
You are speaking German at a native level and fluent in English
