Creative Art Director (Maternity)
Requirements
- +8 years of experience in communication/digital agency (full service).
- Proficiency English (fluent).
- Degree in Communication, Marketing or similar.
- Knowledge of Content and Creative strategies (essential).
- Client services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the agency's creative vision and strategy to internal teams and clients.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives to consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Provide hands-on creative direction, guiding the development of concepts, designs, and content that align with project goals.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and user-focused digital experiences, including websites, mobile apps, social media campaigns, and more.
- Lead client presentations to articulate and justify creative concepts, while also incorporating feedback and insights.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining high creative standards.
