As the sole force behind our market entry, the Country Sales Director will not only shape our presence but take full ownership in pursuing and securing client relationships, building an enduring client base independently, and cementing Mainstream as the go-to provider for advanced cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Results: Develop and execute an ambitious sales strategy to drive growth, establish a robust market presence, and achieve challenging targets. As a one-person sales team, you will be responsible for driving every aspect of our sales growth in Bulgaria, including prospect finding, cold outreach, and closing deals.
Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities within the enterprise and mid-market sectors, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal negotiation and closing.
Solution Selling: Lead a consultative, strategic approach to B2B solution selling, understanding client challenges and tailoring cloud solutions to meet their specific needs.
Deal Execution: Negotiate contracts, oversee contract signing, and ensure smooth execution by collaborating with the technical department to meet client needs effectively.
Support Indirect Sales Channels: Collaborate with and support existing indirect sales channels, participating in joint sales meetings to strengthen relationships and close opportunities.
Account Management: Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for growth and expansion.
Market Representation: Represent Mainstream at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, establishing the company as a key player in the cloud solutions space.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and technology influencers.
