Country Sales Director

Who You'll Work With

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Leader to further develop and grow the Enterprise market in Japan. This individual will play a key role leading a highly experienced team of sales people whilst looking at growth strategy for the Japanese market.

As a team member of the Arista Sales team, you are the face of Arista to our customers; their internal champion for the problems they need to solve. As their champion you will align Arista’s technical resources to achieve your customer’s business outcome. You’ll partner with some of the most skilled Customer Engineers in the industry in addition to Professional Services and our Executive teams to help them understand how to execute on your customer’s behalf. Our sales teams have a culture of team success, where you’ll collaborate and be supported by like minded sales professionals.

We are looking for a dynamic and enigmatic leader. Someone who has demonstrated a clear ability to grow businesses, closed complex multi-million pound transactions and who still understands the need for constant pipeline generation and sustainable revenue flows. You will have done this before and will be looking to take your career forward.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow one of the top sales teams in the country; Gravitas, experience, knowledge and ideas are a must.

 You will be a self-starter and can demonstrate both Strategic and Sales leadership skills, in addition someone who is prepared to lead by example and has an ability to grow the revenue on a quarter-by-quarter basis while managing the existing team and building a pipeline of opportunity for the coming years.

  • At least 5 years of sales leadership experience in a similar vendor role selling networking technology into Enterprise and Commercial customers.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas against targets - both personal and team.
  • Ability to discuss Arista’s value proposition at an initial exploratory level meeting and also have the ability to engage at all level with any end-user.
  • Familiar with current industry trends and speak with authority regarding the role of Virtualisation, SDN / Cloud.
  • Have Director level sales contacts within the premier Networking channel in the region.
  • Accomplished public speaker.
