Country HR Business Partner (Hybrid Working)

This is a senior level individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Human Resources JobStreet Indonesia. The role has a high degree of access and impact to the Country's Executive Leadership Team. The incumbents will furthermore work and collaborate closely with HR stakeholders (COE’s, Operations, Consultants; within Asia and APAC) from SEEK ASIA as well as other HR team members in Indonesia to improve the country's employee experience and drive programs in collaboration with our leaders. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the country leadership team on people related matters by providing expertise, support, and mentor in all aspects of HR management. 

  • Plan and implement HR and people initiatives and change programs in alignment with the business goals and strategies. 

  • Lead the constant improvement and delivery of people programs and HR processes, policies and practices which includes development and retention, annual performance management, compensation, and benefits review, learning and development activities, organisational design support, employee engagement programs and organisation wide communication. 

  • Provide advisory support and mentor to Managers to handle employee relations and industrial relations matter. 

  • Collaborate closely with other HR teams to deliver on the people programs either on a regional or country level. 

  • Supervise all compliance and governance requirements related to people matters to ensure risks are optimally managed. 

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master's degree in business, social studies, science or engineering 

  • At least 8 years of proven experience in HR generalist role gained from sizable and multinational companies in dynamic and fast paced industry. 

  • Acquired at least 3 years of industrial relations experience. 

  • Demonstrable track record in implementation and dynamic HR practices, initiatives and programs based on analytical HR data trend. 

  • High familiarity with HRIS, preferably have used Workday or Success Factors 

  • Ease in presentation proposals and data. 

  • Ability to lead varied stakeholders. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication skill and written English 

  • Ability to mentor and influence leadership team and managers on people related matters. 

  • Collaborative and empathetic work style with a high degree of humility 

  • An interest for the online industry and bias towards innovative cultures 

  • Possess a business partnering and service approach when dealing with the various stakeholders. 

  • Ability to work independently and cope with ambiguity. 

  • Passion for fun and togetherness.
