Our partner, a global leader in human-powered security, is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support its mission of creating a safer internet. This remote position, operating on West Coast hours, requires collaboration with various teams within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, distribution agreements, reseller agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, and other related documents.
- Review product and commercial matters including vendor and partnership agreements.
- Advise on corporate governance matters, audits, and corporate transactions.
- Work cross-functionally to support business development and innovation.
- Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate matters to non-lawyers.
- Contribute positively to the legal team and the company.
Requirements
- Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school (JD) and bar admission in good standing.
- 5 years of legal experience including transactional experience, preferably with international exposure.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
Benefits
- Compensation Range: $196K - $220K
