The Cortex Enablement Interlock Manager, is responsible for aligning and delivering to the priorities of our internal stakeholders, ensuring that they receive the best enablement programs and deliverables possible for their respective functions specifically around the Cortex Solution portfolio.  This  Tel Aviv based role, serves all product and sales enablement across the Speed Specialists, Core, Customer Success (GCS, PS, and CS), Customers, and Partners and works with the GTM Learning and Enablement team to tailor content and programs to meet their needs. Additionally, the Cortex Enablement Interlock Manager  is the single point of contact for the documented  (or undocumented) NPI process  and engineering / PM teams to determine a  T minus approach to content and program creation, serving as a conduit back to the content developers.  

This role reports to the  Director of Enablement Interlock and is the primary entrance point for all Cortex enablement requests.  You are responsible for partnering with our most senior internal stakeholders to understand the requirements and needs of their business and develop plans and programs to address them accordingly. In addition, as the subject matter expert, you will partner with leaders to assess adoption, gaps, and needs to drive the ongoing success around current and future technologies, approaches, platforms, and processes. 

Your Impact

Strengthen the interlocks and relationships with our supported Cortex stakeholders through strategic conversations to clearly understand and prioritize their needs, requests, and challenges around all enablement functions.  

Technology,  Solution, and Field Sales Subject Matter Expertise: 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on enablement needs, direction, programs, and measurement through discovery-based conversations at expected cadences
  • Support stakeholder teams in preparation of new content, various modalities, dashboards around completion, and results for their targeted audience(s)
    •  i.e., providing BI reports or feedback/coaching on the first draft plan with suggested improvements, approaches, or timing
  • Coach best practices based on our experience/expertise for our customers by providing alternative approaches or techniques aligned with the persona they want to enable
    • Quarterly reviews highlighting active programs, on deck requests and share what other customers are doing which might work well for them as well 
    • Monthly update reporting as to the progress we are making against their requests
    • Regular meetings to solidify information, review the program's current state, and make any necessary changes based on stakeholder feedback
  • Engage in thoughtful discovery to support requests as necessary

Your Experience 

  • Professional field sales/system engineering experience with demonstrated proficiency in  Palo Alto Networks’ solutions, market, portfolio, and go-to-market
  • Adept at mapping and navigating complex requirements/requests from stakeholders with resulting plans for communications, implementation, and measurements
  • Ability to assess and align to internal stakeholder needs supported by capacity planning drivers to create thoughtful, timely, and creative responses by utilizing available resources
  • Relevant business and solution acumen, the cybersecurity industry, and market experience 
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving, analysis, and critical thinking skills
  • Skilled at activating data-driven decisions balanced by the needs of the business (business priorities) to enable our sales/support teams to sell across our portfolio or practice
  • Facilitate insightful, motivating, and collaborative interlock sessions across our stakeholders while understanding the capacity constraints that may impede meeting all requests
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills, including documentation and appropriate cadence updates
  • Highly motivated, energetic, inclusive, and self-starter who demonstrates leadership, adaptability, flexibility, and integrity

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $137,900/yr to $223,100/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
