Job purpose: Conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems. Helping companies to solve existing business problems and/or better achieve their goals.
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Support in diagnosing business process or organizational problems, and leveraging analytics to determine how companies can seize new opportunities.
- Identify problems and next steps within a business, including using data modeling techniques.
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information
- Collaborate with key business representatives to complete project management activities according to defined service level commitments and process compliance guidelines.
- Ensure deliverables meet requirements and established acceptance criteria around quality and performance.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Experience min 3 years as an Analyst / Sr Analyst (Preferably experienced from management consulting company or tech company)
- Minimum bachelor degrees from any major
- Knowledge of business processes
- Experience in requirements gathering, requirement management, gap analysis
- Experience with statistic method
- Experience with market research
- Advance problem solving & analytical thinking
- Have good communication & interpersonal skill
