- Identify and establish right contact with important key accounts proactively, opportunities mapping to dig potential opportunities.
- Develop key account plan for defined key accounts and implement the plan to achieve result.
- Carry out professional sales activities which shall include responding to sales inquiries, sales presentation at client site, manage and prioritize focused efforts to win projects, etc.
- Regularly visit clients to maintain relationships, understand their needs, and explore new business opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their selling skills, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling strategies.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any profession.
- Proven work experience as key account management/field sales with minimum 3 years relevant experiences.
- Strong selling skills, with the ability to train others and motivate the team to achieve higher sales targets.
- Experience in client visitations, with an emphasis on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Result-oriented, attention to detail, initiative, and high standards.
