The Recruiter position at Zeeco will primarily be technical in nature. This position will be responsible for the recruiting of various other Zeeco positions. Most positions will be located in the US at our main headquarters in Broken Arrow, OK as well as other locations within North America. At Zeeco, we pride ourselves on having excellent HR support and a focus on customer service. We move at a fast pace and need someone who enjoys the hustle and bustle of a busy recruiting department.
Job Duties
Promote Zeeco employment opportunities in the community and organizations
Recruit, identify, contact, source and assist applicants for open positions
Complete due diligence on candidates including background and pre-employment screenings
Process new hire paperwork
Source candidates and process applications and resumes
Perform general HR duties as assigned
Conduct interviews as well as coordinate interviews for hiring managers
Draft and deliver offer letters
Qualifications
Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside the company.
Must be able to work under stress, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience recruiting Welders, Skilled Craftsmen, etc. is preferred.
Experience giving presentations
Two or more years’ experience in a recruiting environment
Experience and familiarity with various HR laws, rules and regulations as well as standard/best practices
