As a Talent Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building our teams and shaping recruitment strategy. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from sourcing and selection to hiring. Together with the team, you will constantly work on developing best recruitment practices and providing excellent candidate experience.
What you will do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all our teams, making sure to provide the best candidate experience.
Work side-by-side with hiring managers to define the roles and make the process run smoothly.
Help to improve our talent attraction strategies to guarantee that we hire the right people.
Together with the team brainstorm ideas on how to boost sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience.
Do whatever is needed to make our candidates happy and turn Quatt into a huge success!
