ABOUT THE TEAM


Think ahead: In the Strategy & Business Development Team, we take strategic initiatives from zero to one as part of our mission to build a world where everybody can participate in economic growth. We manage projects end-to-end and collaboratively work with all departments across Trade Republic. Every day, we strive to move Trade Republic forward step by step, by constantly challenging the status quo.



WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Be responsible for and fully drive forward high-impact strategic projects end-to-end (zero-to-one from thesis building to operation)
  • Put your project management and leadership skills to work by independently managing ambitious projects that are key to the development of Trade Republic
  • Define and drive strategic business decisions and collaborate closely with a variety of Senior Management stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, etc.) throughout the company, including top executives to ensure successful and timely project delivery
  • Be part of a thriving, diverse and fun team, that is invested in your personal and professional growth



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have graduated with distinction from a top-tier university
  • You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment (leading management consulting firm and/ or investment bank and/ or high growth startup)
  • You have demonstrated your ability to analyze, manage and deliver high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • You have demonstrated your ability to recruit, manage and develop talents 
  • Analytical mind: You are a quick learner with outstanding analytical skills, able to break down complex problems to the essential factors. You are passionate and open-minded while meticulous about data and details
  • Teamplayer: You are an active listener, able to communicate effectively, and enjoy interacting confidently with relevant stakeholders in high pressure situations
  • Doer: You are curious and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You have a self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach and focus on output, combined with a highly professional appearance with high expectations towards yourself and your work
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
