We are looking for a confident, versatile, and conscientious commercial lawyer or Senior Contracts Specialist to assist our client in providing legal advice and support to various groups within the business, as well as providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:

Negotiate and execute enterprise SaaS agreements including NDAs, RFQ/RFI/RFP, Security Questionnaires, MSAs, and Purchase Orders (POs), as applicable, as well as negotiating many other sales, vendor, and procurement related agreements

Help build legal operations to effectively serve contract needs, prioritize tasks, and integrate with other company-wide systems
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to help deploy a document repository system

Manage and maintain all company legal templates, including our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, PIIA, Employment Contract, etc.

Evaluate risk factors impacting business decisions and anticipate unique issues that could impact the company
- Drive and manage corporate collection matters
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties creating relationships based on trust
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor with 3 years of experience or 7+ years of relevant experience required;
- Proven experience as a deal negotiator in SaaS environment desired

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
- Strong negotiating skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

Excellent knowledge and understanding of commercial contracts and purchasing contracts
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
