The Opportunity 

As the leader of the Accounting department, the Corporate Controller will be responsible for owning the timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of the financial statements. This role is responsible for the success of this growing team, developing and formalizing processes, and partnering with key stakeholders across the organization. You will play an integral role in M&A integration. This individual will be reporting into the Chief Financial Officer. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and mentor our global accounting team
  • Design, develop and maintain accounting policies, practices, and procedures with a strong internal control framework
  • Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead the monthly close of company financial statements and ensure that the close process is performed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
  • Work closely with FP&A in monthly reporting
  • Supervise lender reporting and debt covenant compliance
  • Lead cash forecasting and reporting
  • Assist in M&A due diligence and integration
  • Work with internal legal, HR, FP&A and operational teams and executive management to support CFO as needed.
  • Be a subject matter expert on technical accounting topics and GAAP standards
  • Champion the continuous review and modification of the close process and accounting procedures and policies to enhance accuracy and completeness.  
  • Assist in design of sales commission plans
  • Coordinate effective completion of audit fieldwork and interact with external audit firm, particularly in the areas of accounting policy and revenue recognition.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely tax reporting and filings in the US and internationally and working closely with external tax advisors

  • Proven leadership skills, demonstrating integrity, courage, transparency, and the ability to build trust as well as a high-performing team.
  • Detail oriented with a strong track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability and willingness to work in the details but to communicate at a senior executive level.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic organization requiring flexibility and commitment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Does well with ambiguity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong competency with Excel
  • PE experience 

Compensation 

Annual base salary gross:   160,000-185,000 plus variable USD Annual. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees.
