This position is for an experienced communications specialist who is a passionate storyteller interested in technology and being part of a growing, dynamic business.   • Design, plan, develop and implement communication programs to support Corporate, product marketing strategies and major internal initiatives of the company.
  • Develop external and internal communication strategies for business announcements, product launches, and companywide programs, and oversee their execution across multiple channels.
  • Establish goals and objectives across technical and business press that align with company mission, vision and values. Engage with media outlets to secure positive coverage and manage the company's reputation. Respond to inquiries and deliver media and industry analyst briefings.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, technical press, industry influencers, Solidigm executives and employees
  • Create and review materials intended for external and internal communications purposes, ensuring that they are accurate, clear, consistent, and compliant with company communications policies and standards.
  • Partner with other communications and marketing colleagues to select the most appropriate methods and channels to deliver integrated communications to various internal and external audiences.
  • Monitor perceptions and performance of comms channels leveraging measurement tools and implement course corrections as needed.
  • Think beyond traditional news opportunities such as launches and events to drive company communications objectives.
  • Ensure brand and voice consistency across all internal and external communications.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience working in a medium- to large corporation environment or in marketing agencies, public relations agencies or media outlets. Past experience working in technology sector (including semiconductor, storage, or computing hardware companies) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering corporate communications strategies and creating impactful content and messaging.
  • Strong writer and editor who enjoys understanding technology and unpacking technical concepts.
  • Solid verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Experienced in issues management and crisis communication; able to operate with calm and instill trust.

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $85,420 to $143,200. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
