Corporate Account Manager - Acquisitions

Key Objective of Role

  • Acquire new key clients and manage client relationships that ensures future profitability.
  • Build, negotiate, secure and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders/partners.
  • Identify target accounts and hirers’ needs through data driven methods, propose the most effective solutions and devise strategies to overcome competitive obstacles.
  • Develop close and strategic relationships with the client at all levels, with the aim of translating customers’ business needs into revenue optimisation.
  • Develop and deliver relevant strategies and initiatives to grow our share of wallet market share.
  • Focus on ensuring customer’s success and ROI to drive business retention and expansion.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders across departments to develop action plans or customer programs whenever required.
  • To support company new product rollout/adoptions by proactively engaging, communicating and implementing the rollout/ adoption to all the hirers.

Skills, Experience and Competencies

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management and corporate sales including hunting new key accounts.
  • Experience in navigating through complex client organisation and establishing excellent rapport at all levels, especially with decision makers and C-level clients.
  • Experience in developing new revenue streams.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to derive insights from related market data, identify trends and buying patterns.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop good quality proposals and present to a large audience.
  • Must have strong presentation skills that appeals to audience emotionally.
  • Experience in simple program/ project management is an added advantage.
