Corparate Marketing Specialist - Riverside Golf Bogor

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand the trends, demands, and challenges within the golf industry.
  • Identify potential business clients (golf clubs, resorts, tournament organizers, corporate sponsors, golf course designers, equipment suppliers).
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning to develop competitive marketing approaches.

Developing B2B Marketing Strategies:

  • Create marketing plans tailored to businesses in the golf sector, emphasizing the company’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional materials, presentations, and proposals that align with the needs of business clients.
  • Define key marketing objectives and track metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

Lead Generation and Management:

  • Generate high-quality business leads through networking, trade shows, and digital channels (LinkedIn, email marketing, industry forums).
  • lDevelop partnerships with golf equipment suppliers, service providers, and sponsors.
  •  Nurture business relationships and follow up with prospects to convert leads into clients.

Content Creation and Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the creation of marketing content (brochures, case studies, blogs, whitepapers) that addresses the needs and interests of B2B clients.
  • Plan and execute campaigns (email marketing, webinars, sponsorship opportunities) that target businesses in the golf industry.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the business goals of the clients.

Event Management and Trade Shows:

  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and golf tournaments to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and partnerships that increase brand visibility within the B2B sector.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage the company’s presence on B2B digital platforms such as LinkedIn, industry-specific websites, and newsletters.
  •  Utilize digital tools (SEO, SEM, email campaigns) to improve the company's visibility among business clients in the golf industry.

Sales Collaboration:

  •  Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and develop strategies that support business growth.
  • Assist in the creation of sales materials and presentations for business pitches.

Budgeting and Reporting:

  •  Manage marketing budgets for B2B activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and business objectives.

Brand Positioning and Messaging:

  • Ensure that the company's brand is positioned effectively within the golf industry and resonates with other businesses.
  • Develop messaging that clearly communicates the company’s benefits to business partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field – A foundational understanding of marketing principles is essential,
  • Certifications in digital marketing, content marketing, or B2B marketing (such as Google Ads, HubSpot, or LinkedIn certifications) can be a plus.
  • Industry-specific knowledge in golf or sports management could be advantageous.
  • Very good English speaking and writing.
  • Smart and proactive in nature.

Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing or a similar role
  •  Prior experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the golf industry is a must
  • Proven ability to work with businesses such as golf clubs, resorts, golf equipment suppliers, or other golf service providers.
  • Experience in driving and managing B2B marketing campaigns that generate leads and close deals.
  • Knowledge of the golf industry, including the needs and challenges faced by golf-related businesses, will set a candidate apart.
  • A strong network within the golf industry (or related sports industries).
  • Able to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to target and engage B2B clients in a competitive market.
