VCA team is looking for an individual to join our consulting practice and play a key role leading the consulting and analytics team in Mexico, developing and delivering high impact projects for Visa clients. The potential candidate will play a key role under both consulting regional team and leadership Mexican team. Main responsibility includes delivering and implementing projects and solutions with issuers, acquirers and merchants. This person will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, thereby ensuring that Visa is both, the preferred brand and unique business partner. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage a high-performance team of consultants and data scientist, as well as a collaborative style to support country's priorities. Potential engagements could include portfolio management diagnostics, authorization optimization strategies, assessments of digital product and marketing programs, development of new products with implementation roadmaps, optimizing client customer servicing processes, among others.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
