Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling branded copy for B2B2C omni-channel communication.
  • Adapt to the Lifetouch tone of voice to elevate and transform the brand.
  • Make sense of complexity—determine hierarchies of information and content flow and create solutions that simplify.
  • Utilize test and learn environments in order to drive increased engagement and loyalty.
  • Use data and machine learning to analyze customer behavior and segmentation analytics to make decisions and develop content.
  • Work backwards with a customer-centric mentality to discover the “why” (the problem we’re trying to solve).
  • Tailor your copy to each channel, laddering up to a big idea but working within channel best practices including character limits, audience, and platform limitations
  • Strategically create messaging matrices and populate copy variations, targeting unique audience segments with relevant content.
  • Jump into quick-turnaround projects with gusto, but also deep dive into long-lead initiatives that require thoughtfulness and planning
  • Actively participate in project kickoffs, asking insightful questions to gain detail, clarification, and alignment with marketing partners
  • Add freshness to reoccurring seasonal content through storytelling
  • Work collaboratively with designers, marketing, category and sales enablement partners
  • Incorporate learnings from creative testing into your work — be willing to live in the grey of evolving guidelines
  • Be able to manage your workload independently, but know when another set of eyes is needed
  • Be self-motivated, flexible, and organized

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, English, Journalism or Communications
  • 3+ years of copywriting experience with an internal brand team or agency, with a focus on B2B2C, omni-channel communication. (Portfolio of work)

  • Ability to prioritize workloads and independently manage multiple projects
  • Highly organized with a clear and responsive communication style
  • Great attention to detail
Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities):
  • Able to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, thoughtful, speedy independent problem-solver.
  • Patient, with an infectious, positive attitude with a collaborative approach.
  • Low ego, balanced with confidence and a healthy sense of personal drive, ambition and ownership.
  • A great attitude and flexibility towards business and its ever-changing, sometimes ambiguous nature.
  • Sense of humor and the ability to have fun doing what you love.
