We’re looking for a midweight copywriter to be part of the high-performing team that brings our vision to life. You’ll be comfortable getting to grips with complex concepts, balancing creativity with regulatory requirements, and meeting tight deadlines. You’ll be equally happy brainstorming ad campaigns and getting stuck into longform SEO pieces. And of course, you’ll be able to write sparkling, compliant, on-brand copy for multiple audiences, across a range of media.
Responsibilites:

Writing, natch. You’ll do it all – promotional and educational, creative and functional, SEO and UX, across web, CRM, video, social, and all the niche ad formats the internet has to offer

Thinking. Our brand and tone of voice are evolving into something new, exciting, and altogether more distinctive. We’ll need your help to conceive and roll out that change
- Collaborating. You’ll be working across teams from design to dealing, with people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds. Not all your interactions will be simple – particularly balancing compliance feedback with marketing viability – so you’ll need sound judgement and great people skills

Communicating. You’ll need to talk to people a bunch, and foster excellent relationships. That could be feeding back to the designer who’s turning your copy into a banner ad, or selling an exec on your ideas

Owning. You’ll be proactive in pushing tasks forward, bringing new ideas to the table, and responding to feedback from across the business.
Requirements:
- Copywriter with B2C experience
- Problem solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Creative thinker (but not too proud to grind out 50 search ads of an afternoon)
- Audience-focused, results-driven
- Experience in trading, finance or another regulated industry
- Preferably, experience with ChatGPT (as a support tool), Figma (for UX flows) and Jira (for workflow management)
