Key Responsibilities:
Content Ideation & Creation: Write impactful, concise, and conversion-focused copy for various channels:
Push notifications: Drive immediate actions like app opens, purchases, or feature usage.
Social media: Create scroll-stopping posts, captions, and campaign ideas for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Digital ads: Develop ad copy for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns to optimize CTR and conversions.
In-app/product messaging: Craft seamless messaging for banners, tooltips, and notifications to enhance the user experience.
Execution & Delivery:
Launch campaigns across touchpoints with precision and ensure adherence to timelines.
Adapt content to different audiences and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Use tools like MoEngage, Meta Ads Manager, and CMS platforms for campaign delivery.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Continuously monitor the performance of content across all channels, focusing on metrics such as CTR, engagement rate, and revenue attribution.
Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective messaging styles and themes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with design, marketing, product and business teams to align copy with visual elements and campaign goals.
Upskilling
Stay updated on user behavior trends, cultural moments, and platform-specific best practices to keep content relevant and impactful.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English or Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) with Marketing Focus is preferred but not limited to.
Minimum 5-6 years experience in copywriting.
Proven ability to write persuasive and concise copy.
Strong understanding of the local Indian audience, including language and cultural preferences.
Familiarity with tools like MoEngage, Firebase, or similar platforms for push notifications.
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
