Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. The Site Services Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations and services at our CP2 site. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of site activities, including facility management, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the site, including facility maintenance, housekeeping, and security. Ensure that all site services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Oversee service agreements, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Ensure that all site activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Conduct regular safety audits and address any issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the site services budget. Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs for site infrastructure. Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of site services, maintenance activities, and compliance reports. Prepare and present regular reports to management.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Assist with site-based projects, coordinate with project teams to ensure minimal disruption to site operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site management or facilities coordination, preferably in the LNG or industrial sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental compliance, and maintenance best practices. Understanding of LNG operations and industry standards is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in facility management or safety (e.g., OSHA) are advantageous.
