You’ll love it because you will…

Support the product life cycle from concept ideation to final garment delivery through..

  • Run department reporting and verifying accuracy of data
  • Managing team packages through tracking, receiving, and logging tasks
  • Support manager with document set up, seasonal prep, and data management
  • Supporting leader with delivering on all key T&A dates and development deadlines (protos, fits, commit dates, production start dates, etc.)
  • Systems information set up and maintenance for respective team (PLM, BlueCherry)
  • Attend weekly Cross Functional Team meetings
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Design, Tech Design, Merchandising, Materials & Color, QA, Planning) to achieve product development milestones, margin goals, and to resolve issues as they arise
  • Deliver all development samples on time for line reviews, from concept through adoption, that meet cost and aesthetic expectations
  • Manage Purchase Order process to ensure product is ordered, produced and shipped on time.

We require…

  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in production/sourcing role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Basic understanding of product development and production process or manufacturing
  • Results focused with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload for self, with effective time management skills to deliver quality work in a timely manner
  • Creative problem solver and strategic thinker that proactively seeks opportunities to drive positive change
  • Clear communicator with ability to adapt to different situations and personalities to cater information to audience to cultivate solutions
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel)
  • Previous product development or production experience a plus
