What You’ll Do:

Our People & Culture department focuses on understanding what people need and knowing how to provide it. We’re in search of an organized and resourceful People Operations Coordinator to support our field P&C team in ensuring smooth and efficient P&C processes. The People Operations Coordinator will have administrative responsibilities, helping us to ensure efficient processes for our P&C team.

  • Support the field People & Culture team with HRIS data entry for transactions such as new hires, position and status changes, and terminations.
  • Ensure HRIS checklists are completed.
  • Administer the approval process for employee life-cycle transactions.
  • Process P&C transactions in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Maintain current P&C files and databases in Wurk and Sharepoint.
  • Ensure compliance to Curaleaf’s policies and procedures.
  • Perform personnel file audits to ensure all required Team Member documentation is collected and maintained.
  • Train new P&C Team Members on the different P&C systems.
  • Maintain data in the HRIS system with frequent audits.
  • Protect confidential information.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of P&C operations.
  • Assist with HRIS projects as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

  • 1+ years in a People & Culture role
  • High proficiency level with MS Office applications
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently with emphasis on attention to accuracy and detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Team player with a drive to create a positive work environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent people and organizational skills
  • A sense of urgency, high energy, and hands-on approach
  • Proficient computing skills, experience with HRIS preferred
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve without direction
  • High level of integrity
  • Must be very detailed oriented
