Coordinator, Instructor Strategy

Peloton’s Content Department - comprising our Production, Studio Operations, and Instructor teams - works 365 days a year to deliver a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast paced department that focuses on evolving our innovative programming. The Instructor Strategy Coordinator supports day to day needs for our instructor team, as well as events, shoots, and activations across the company driven by our on-air fitness talent. This role will report to the Director, Instructor Strategy. 

German language fluency is an advantage, but not essential

Your Daily Impact at Peloton:

  • Support instructors and instructor leadership with general administrative tasks related to classes, social media, and off-air events and requests
  • Instructor PTO Management, monthly tracking/reporting into MyTime
  • Arrange travel and coordinate logistics when instructors travel on behalf of Peloton or strategic partners
  • Vendor & Invoice Management
  • Asset Management and owner of the Greenfly workflow
  • Coordinates bookings and appearances in support of Peloton’s ESG/Social Impact partners, including Sporting Equals, IPSO and the Reeve Foundation, among others. 
  • Day-to-day strategy for employee resource group (ERG) instructor leadership and appearances in support of partners and initiatives driven by Peloton ERGs, including heritage months and community service opportunities
  • Photoshoot Support (asset refreshes, social/brand shoots)
  • Apparel (coordination of marketing requests and management of International orders and delivery) 
  • Glam vendor management as well as developing and maintaining our team toolkit with active tested and preferred HMU/styling vendors to support us when required
  • Maintain styling closet and glam supplies with current apparel and accessory options and HMU supplies at PSL
  • Coordinating styling options for photoshoots, appearances, activations and events
  • Greenroom Management including daily request and supplies
  • Onboarding and first year, coordination including relocation and visa 
  • Coordination and support of Studio events and activations 
  • Operational point person for the PSL instructor teams and responsible for the coordination of return to on-air briefings

What You Bring to Peloton:

  • Years of related experience, ideally with on air talent in entertainment or fitness
  • A working knowledge and passion for HMU and style
  • Confidence, clear communication skills and a positive, self-starting mentality
  • Supremely organized and detail oriented
  • Willingness to travel and work on evenings and weekends
  • High level proficiency required in Google Suite particularly in setting up and running  spreadsheets and databases
  • Ability to work with high profile on-air talent in a discretionary, confidential environment
  • German language fluency is an advantage, but not essential
  • A team player
