About the Position
Chase Center and the Golden State Warriors are looking for a Coordinator to manage all aspects of event production, from conceptualization through execution, ensuring each event meets and exceeds our organizations high standards. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of event logistics at Chase Center, Thrive City, and offsite locations. This includes the planning and execution of Golden State Warriors, and Valkyries events, large- and small-scale private and community events, etc.. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand’s visibility and reputation by orchestrating exceptional events that engage and delight. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong aptitude for event and project management, leadership, effective communication, and possess a true passion for delivering unparalleled experiences. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Experiential Events.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for assigned events, assisting in the development and execution of company brand events, private and community events, offsite and other events as assigned
- Develop and maintain creative briefs, project timelines, schedules, and detailed workflows
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, guiding them from initial concept to final execution
- Lead site visits and event planning meetings with internal and external clients for events
- Research and secure off-site venues including negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors
- Develop and maintain detailed event budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency in expenditure while delivering top tier results
- Create event layouts using AutoCAD and oversee the production environment, ensuring every element aligns with the client’s objectives and our brand standards
- Compile and communicate all pre and post-event related information in a timely manner; prepare and distribute event notes to appropriate departments, vendors, and others to ensure necessary levels of staffing coverage and overall event understanding
- Ensure proper permits are secured for events (as required by local law/ordinance) and maintain a close working relationship with San Francisco Fire Department and Buildings Department
- Manage on-site event teams, overseeing all aspects of event execution including setup and breakdown; maintain effective working relationships with all internal departments, clients and partners
- Regularly attend event planning meetings and walkthroughs to ensure all departments receive pertinent information to appropriately prepare for upcoming events
- Maintain post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years planning and executing large and high-profile events, preferably in the hospitality industry with a focus on large corporate and hospitality events
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse workforce; experience with unions desirable
- Ability to seek proactive solutions to problems and situations before and/or after they arise with little or no supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD preferred
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels within the organization
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
- Committed to exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
Time Commitment
- Ability to work flexible and sometimes demanding schedules (including nights, weekend, and holidays)

- $26.00 - 28.00 per hour + Bonus
