COORDINADOR DE ESTADISTICA OPERATIVA

This position supervises the operations and execution of the processes of Stat Ops per service (ST, Retail) and associated project work for the country/cluster. This includes understanding and representing the local market conditions in the operations processes. This entails engaging partners like IV / RD / CI /Phub / DCSI and DA to ensure smooth hand-offs in operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct implementation / execution of the Statistical task / process / methodologies (such as Sample Inspection and  Madras maintenance) 

  • Supervise and occasionally executes the processes of Stat Ops and associated project work for the country / cluster -service. Participate of activities that require a local presence such as aspects of universe, sample design, data queries, etc. 

  • Promote local engagement with IV / RD / CI / Phub /DCSI and DA. 

  • Works through Country Operations Leadership on Global Operations Execution teams to converge processes, methods, and applications on optimized best practices. 

  • Participates in talent development, aligning with global IO on talent development goals. 

  • Works inside SO with all the team in order to implement best practices to ensure and constantly improve the E2E flow.  

  • B.S. or B.A., preferably in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field, or Masters Degree 

  • 2 + years of quantitative analysis work experience 

  • Strong management skills 

  • Working knowledge of SQL and database structures 

  • Experience with SAS or R 

  • Ability to execute research projects, and translate the results into operational or analytical solutions to problems 

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams 

  • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines and priorities 

  • Experience handling, manipulating and analyzing data 

  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to document work and effectively prioritize documentation. 

  • Ability to balance technical, marketing and business perspectives 

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail 

  • Able to work in an individual and/or team setting
