- Understand the interface between electrical/control systems and mechanical conveyor components to ensure seamless integration and operation.

- Utilize drawing and 3D modeling software to create detailed designs of conveyor systems, facility layouts, and equipment installations.
- Ensure accuracy and compatibility of designs with product models and plant layouts to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.

- Develop and implement maintenance plans for conveyor systems and facility equipment to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in conveyor and facility operations.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in the design, installation, and operation of conveyor systems and facility equipment.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyor and facility management within the automotive industry.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage cost, scope, and duration of projects effectively.
- In-depth mechanical understanding of conveyor systems, including component-level knowledge and engineering-level experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and control systems and their interface with mechanical conveyor components.
- Proficiency in drawing and 3D modeling software, with the ability to create detailed designs and layouts.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and external contractors to execute projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
