Seer is a remote first agency and
Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.

**PLEASE NOTE** This is a part time role. We will need CRO coverage for vacation time and ad hoc support. The first vacation coverage dates are 10/21-11/1. That being said, there is potential for this position to convert to full-time someday, if the CRO staffing need is there.
What about you? You're obsessed about improving websites to help businesses grow. You navigate quantitative and qualitative data to find what's holding more customers from converting. You mix UX and copy techniques (and anything else you need) to explore the opportunities you find. As always, you only consider something successful if it's been proven by a rigorous AB Test.
Your compensation will look like...
- $36/hour - $50/hour. Potential flexibility here** Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience

Here are some highlights of what you'll be doing...
- You’ll use quantitative data from Web Analytics to find opportunities to increase our clients' conversion rates
- You will be responsible for setting up and analyzing heatmaps, session recording and on-site polls
- You’ll collaborate with our Audience Research team to plan user interviews, email surveys and usability tests
- You will data-driven hypotheses for AB Tests, and present test results analysis to your clients
- You will always prioritize the most relevant hypotheses
- You’ll act as the main Point of Contact for your clients, discussing and defining (synchronously and asynchronously) both strategy and tactics for their Experimentation/CRO programs
- You’ll use your copywriting expertise and techniques to improve client pages
- You’ll identify how to improve the UX and UI of websites, while collaborating with our designers to create solutions
- You will create low-fidelity wireframes with the changes you intend to make on your AB Tests, and plan, QA and analyze AB Tests.
The skills you’ll bring to the table…
- You are a subject matter expert in extracting valuable insights from tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar and Content Square
- You can effectively lead a CRO Program, defining strategy, executing tactics and keeping stakeholders engaged and aligned
- You have successfully run qualitative research methods to extract insights from website visitors, customers, and our clients' own teams
- You understand the key statistical components of AB Testing, avoiding drawing "false" insights from unreliable data
- You can use Copywriting techniques and concepts to improve a page's persuasion power
- You know how to apply UX concepts to reduce friction and guide users through the desired conversion path
- You can set up at least simple AB Tests by yourself on tools like Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Optimizely and AB Tasty
