Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation specialist with a background in planning and running website optimisation projects, leveraging site and audience data to draw insights, and using relevant A/B testing methods and tools.

You will play a key role in driving the strategy that underpins our optimisation programmes and will combine web analytics, data science, user research, UX, competitor analysis and consumer psychology to develop data-led approaches that will continue to improve our website.

You will use A/B and multivariate testing to understand the impact of our recommendations, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the learnings identified more widely benefit ComplyAdvantage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Using data to identify insights to inform hypotheses, test ideas and prioritise based on expected ROI and contribution to our KPIs and OKRs.
  • Managing testing programmes, ensuring their strategic aims are aligned with broader objectives.
  • Assisting members of the team in packaging and presenting insights to stakeholders across varying levels of the business with varying levels of understanding.
  • Building wireframes to support the development of test variants within the testing platforms.
  • Configuring and monitoring A/B tests
  • Analysing and evaluating A/B tests, reporting on results and recommending next steps to our team in order to maximise the benefit of our learning.
  • Working across multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously managing workload 
  • Improving internal techniques, processes, documentation and quality assurance
  • Staying up to date with industry insights and innovation

 

Skills and experience:

  • Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics that includes the use of:
    • VWO, Mutiny or similar testing tool 
    • Google Analytics
    • Hubspot Marketing Hub or similar
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing techniques
  • Strong analytical skills, and able to communicate complex issues in plain English
