Your Mission

The Conversion Data Analysts Team is assisting with monitoring the performance of the systems and the merchants from business point of view. The Conversion Data Analyst is responsible for optimizing the traffic acceptance rate, minimizing loss to the company due to technical or system communication problems, and providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Conversion Data Analyst team Leader based on data analysis and interpretation.

Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

  • Approval and authentication ratio optimization and Decline ratio monitoring in all Nuvei Acquirers.
  • 3DS Approval rates (WA) optimization of the 3D processes.
  • Monitoring and handling approval ratio drop alerts.
  • Being Nuvei’s main function for contacting issuers for authentication and authorization issues.
  • Checking Issuer performance per country/ merchant and scheme and initialize projects related to improving it.
  • Monitoring traffic of new and existing merchants related to Approval ratio and Authentication Ratio.
  • Contacting/Replying and following up on Issuer communication threads related to Approval ratio/ Authentication performance.
  • Analyze traffic based on alerts and/or previously selected by MGM merchants/countries and give suggestions for improvement.
  • Manage statistics requests and provide approval ratio statistics based on issuer performance or alerts or schemes.
  • Analyze conversion data from various sources, including website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Assessing the performance of newly implemented products related to Authentication and Authorization processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce industry.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluent English language.
