Requirements
Controls SBS Project Manager : This is where you come in.
We are seeking a Controls SBS Project Manager to serve as the single point of accountability for delivering successful HVAC controls, Smart Buildings, and energy-related projects. This role involves overseeing all phases of assigned projects, from initial scoping to final owner acceptance. You will manage and confirm tasks such as work scoping, estimating, scheduling, site visits, commissioning, performance verification, project closeout, and securing owner approval. You will ensure accurate forecasting, manage budgets, and secure utility incentives for assigned projects. You will direct and collaborate with engineers, system technicians, electricians, administrative assistants, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
