You will have a unique opportunity to work in a high-profile function in Global Finance, with exposure to senior Finance Management and a cross-section of Group functions.
Reporting to GFS Controls Manager, the Operations & System Analyst will be an important member of the 2LoD Controls & Compliance (C&C) team within Global Finance. You will perform a variety compliance focused operational, systems and administrative support.
What you'll do?
Main Compliance activities:
- Bank Account details change verification
- Oracle Request for Access Reviews and Approvals
- OBIEE PII Access
- Oracle SOD Conflict Management
- Oracle Journal Entry Access Review
- Archer Issues and Loss Event Reporting (GFS & Global Finance)
- Late Leavers Control
- Annual Controls Self-Assessment (CSA's)
- CT monthly review of access granted to the CT tool.
Other activities:
- Perform tasks to support the operation of Diligent One (DO) tool.
- Provide support/role cover where required in multiple activities performed by the Finance Controls Operations and Systems Analyst.
- Provide support with logging issues and loss events records in Archer, tracking/monitoring the remediation status, download Archer records details and prepare the monthly reports (ICFR, GFS and specified finance teams).
What you'll bring:
- Experience in a customer service / help desk environment.
- Experience in a shared service environment.
- Experience with systems and tools to manage data and analysis
- Experience/familiarity of finance and procurement processes
- Operate a customer-focused help desk approach.
- A team player and collaborator.
- MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint Skills.
- Basic knowledge of Python programming language is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Visio & Blueworks an advantage.
- Familiarity with Oracle an advantage.
