We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our finance team. The Controller will play a key role in overseeing the financial activities of the office, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

- KPI tracking and follow up
- FP&A Process
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred or MBA
- Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role
- Bilingual Spanish
- Proficiency in SAP (CO/FI) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Audit experience a plus
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self- motivated, ability to thrive in a fast- moving, and constantly evolving environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize, work with competing deadlines, and ability to adapt to change.
Typical hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Tuesday – Thursday are required in office days. Monday and Friday are optional work from home days after onboarding period.
