As a Control Center Officer, you are the link between warehouse, office and drivers. You play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly upon the arrival of trucks and communication with both warehouse and the import-export department. You will work from 12PM to 8PM. The Control Center Officer has strong communication skills for maintaining quality during all operations.

• On-airport truck monitoring and acceptance upon arrival and departure.
• Monitoring import and export through mailbox and dashboards.
• Communication through phone.
• Contact with contractors and couriers.
• Planning and coordination of trucking.
• Follow-up of new Peripass system.
• Security: Access controle, alert service. 

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse environment, in the operational field or concerning administration.
• Knowledge of NXB Warehouse Operations is an asset.
• Experience with a WMS.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Strong communicator, verbally as well was in word.
• Team player, but also able to work independently.
• Flexibility regarding absence of team member.
• A proactive attitude.
• Eager to learn.
