Contracts Specialist

Fingerpaint Group is seeking to hire a Contracts Coordinator to support with contracting activities. The individual in this role will be a subject matter expert on our contract management systems and will serve as the primary point of contact for the contracting process within our organization.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Serve as an expert within our contract management systems, including:
  • Screening and assigning contracts, internally or externally
  • Routing contracts for approvals and signatures
  • Acting as primary point of contact for questions related to the system and processing of contracts
  • Resolving user and system issues
  • Identifying and implementing operational improvements
  • Organizing and managing contract repository, and manage requests for archived executed contracts, within Luminance and/or Sharepoint, as appropriate
  • Identify upcoming contract expirations and facilitate updated contracts, utilizing Luminance
  • Coordinate communications with outside counsel as appropriate
  • Obtain insurance certificates per contract requirements
  • Provide other administrative support, as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/institution
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in MS Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Teams) and ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools
  • Familiarity with contract management systems
  • Pharmaceutical compliance/legal experience
  • Have demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize and work well with multiple processes and personnel across multiple time zones
  • Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
